At UNICEF Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase while supporting our mission for children worldwide. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our team.
